We request a 25% down payment when booking any kind of boat trip with us. For this we will need a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover). This is the only way to guarantee and confirm your reservation. All trips must be paid in full at least 48 hours before reserved date. If this is not the case, we will cancel the reservation and charge an additional 25% cancellation fee. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of scheduled trip time will be charged full price of scheduled boat trip. Guests who do not show up will be charged full price. Must you decide not to participate anymore after you have booked and confirmed the reservation, we will charge a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellation fee more than four weeks before reserved date is 10%. In all other cases, down payments and payments in full are non refundable. Bookings cancelled due to weather, acts of God or circumstances beyond the control of Strea Charters will be rescheduled or are subject to a full refund. We only accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We do not accept any kind of checks.
We kindly request our guests to be present at least 30 minutes before boarding. All persons must complete waiver forms prior to board Strea. An adult must accompany all children under 18 years. Kids under the age of 4 get a free ride on Strea. Children ages 4 up to and including 11 pay have price. Wearing life jackets during the whole trip is mandatory for children ages 12 and younger.
High heels are not allowed on our teak deck.
