Our Conditions
We request you to fill in and sign an authorization letter in order to hold your reservation. Without this document we can’t hold or guarantee your booking. This letter works like a security deposit. We will not charge now. You pay the full amount on board, on the day of the trip. However, should you cancel the reservation between 3 weeks and 48 hours before the scheduled trip; we will charge 50% of the full price. Should you cancel within 47 hours or less within the scheduled trip, we will charge the full amount. Cancellation fee for more than three weeks before scheduled trip is 10%. In all cases, down payments and payments in full are non-refundable. Bookings cancelled due to severe weather, acts of God or circumstances beyond the control of Strea Charters will be rescheduled or are subject to a full refund. Guests who do not show up will be charged full price.

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards(no American Express). We do not accept any kind of checks. All passengers must complete waiver forms prior to board Strea. High heels are not allowed on board. The Aruban law applies always and exclusively in all matters. Please be informed that 6% bank charges are added when paying with your credit card.
All trips start at Aruba Surfside Marina (Pinchos Restaurant’s Pier) which is located on the beach near Oranjestad along the main road of L.G. Smith Boulevard. We kindly request our guests to be present 30 minutes before boarding.
