General Terms & Conditions

These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to all charters and services provided by Strea Charters Aruba (“we,” “us,” or “the company”). By confirming a booking, the guest (“you,” “client,” or “passenger”) agrees to the following terms.

1. – Reservations & Payment

1.1 – A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received.

2.1 – The remaining balance must be fully paid no later than 7 days before departure.

3.1 – Prices are quoted in USD and include the services specified in your confirmation.

4.1 – We reserve the right to adjust rates due to fuel prices, taxes, or operational changes, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 – Cancellation by the Client:

– More than 7 days before the charter: Full refund of deposit.

– 7 to 48 hours before the charter: 50% of the charter price will be charged.

– Less than 48 hours before the charter or no-show: 100% of the charter price will be charged.

2.2 – Cancellation by Strea Charters:

We may cancel or reschedule the trip due to unsafe weather conditions, mechanical issues, safety concerns, or situations beyond our control.

If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Weather Conditions

The captain has the final decision regarding weather-related cancellations or route adjustments.

4. Safety On Board

Life jackets are available for all guests on board.

All guests must follow the captain’s and crew’s instructions at all times.

No smoking is allowed on board at any time.

5. Alcohol & Food

BYO (Bring Your Own Food & Drinks) is allowed unless stated otherwise.

Excessive alcohol consumption is not permitted for safety reasons.

6. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or water-damaged items.

7. Liability

Participation in all water activities is at your own risk.

8. Children

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

9. Late Arrival

Late arrival may shorten the charter duration.

10. Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by negligence.

11. Photography

Photos may be used for marketing unless you request otherwise.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Aruba.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By paying the deposit or full amount, you confirm acceptance of these terms.
